I really enjoyed the progress I made in Angela’s sessions. Her advice was invaluable in my marathon training. Because of Angela's coaching I now really focus on my stance and arms when I run, and use counting and mind games to keep me mentally strong too!! I wouldn’t be running my marathon without her!

My coach, Neil was both very knowledgeable and approachable. We explored the importance of warm-ups, reviewed my form and implemented simple drills to tweak form efficiency.
The sessions were sometimes tough but I came away each time more motivated to improve. I will seriously consider using coaching when I commence my next block of marathon training.

Great experience of being put in touch with a local run coach. Kenny was top drawer, got on straight away and was able to help me bit by bit, without overload. As a total novice who genuinely hates running and not good at it, I do 'hate it less', so that is a success in my eyes.
