My coach, Neil was both very knowledgeable and approachable. We explored the importance of warm-ups, reviewed my form and implemented simple drills to tweak form efficiency.
The sessions were sometimes tough but I came away each time more motivated to improve. I will seriously consider using coaching when I commence my next block of marathon training.

Yes, our running coaches can help you with injury recovery. They can provide training advice, strengthening exercises, and nutritional guidance to help you recover and avoid repeat injury. Running coaches can’t diagnose or treat injuries though; that’s a job for a physiotherapist or other healthcare professional.
